Be at the heart of our mission, facilitating compassionate support and essential services for potential and active organ donors and their families. Engage in thoughtful authorization discussions along with providing invaluable support to families during active cases and offer assistance with post-case outcome calls where needed. 

Make critical impacts by fulfilling 24-hour on-call responsibilities that include timely response and evaluation of organ offers, communicate with in-house transplant coordinators and surgeons, management of travel and logistical requirements, and complete associated documentation per policy.

 Be an essential role in the gift of donation by facilitating the surgical recovery of tissue recovery including skin, cardiac, vascular, musculoskeletal, and ocular for transplantation and research.
