Founded in 2016, Donor Recovery Services was created with one goal in mind: to support the mission of Organ Procurement Organizations and hospital partners to compassionately care for and honor donor patients, their loved ones, and help save lives through the gift of donation.
Now, Donor Recovery Services is fulfilling Organ Procurement Organizations and transplant
hospitals staffing needs across the United States with coordinators who are passionate,
committed, and possess the experience necessary to navigate the phases of organ donation.

Jaime entered the healthcare industry 17 years ago, gaining extensive experience in critical care. During that time, she was exposed to the realm of organ donation and was inspired to transition to that profession back in 2010. Jaime traveled across the country working with a variety of Organ Procurement Organizations and quickly came to realize that she wanted to dedicate her life and career to this special, humbling work. This led Jaime to establish and build Donor Recovery Services in 2016. Honoring and serving organ donors and their loved ones - in partnership with those involved throughout the organ donation and transplant journey - is an exceptional gift that Jaime and Donor Recovery Services continue to be grateful for.

Erin began her career in healthcare in 1999 as a Respiratory Therapist at University of Kansas Health System. After working alongside the local Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) and experiencing her own stepfather receiving a heart transplant, she knew that organ donation was the field she wanted to be a part of. In 2007, she followed that passion and became an Organ Procurement Coordinator. During her time working with the OPO, Erin was instrumental in improving lung management protocols and increasing lung donation rates.
In 2021, Erin joined Donor Recovery Services and has been traveling across the country as an Organ Recovery
Coordinator. In her spare time, Erin loves to travel with her husband, kids and
grandkids. Their favorite destinations are Disney World and cruises to the Caribbean.
